Celebrate your love of cheese with our favorite chocolate and cheese pairings, and a few wildly different sparkling wines to boot. Learn what makes bubbly wine such a great match for cheese, and indulge in some delicious and creative chocolatey accompaniments, including handmade French macarons from DC Patisserie.

 

Spend an evening with The Cheese Course at Seasonal Pantry in an intimate class discovering and savoring seasonal, artisanal cheeses. We'll explore the world of cheese by tasting 3 wines and 6 cheeses that follow a unique theme, along with housemade accompaniments by Seasonal Pantry's Dan O'Brien and DC Patisserie's Alex DeBianchi. Fromager Carolyn Stromberg, will delve into the story behind each cheese, as well as give practical advice about selecting, serving, wine pairing, and more!

 

Class is $49 and is limited to 12 participants per class.
